What can I do within ConnexFM's Knowledge Hub?

1. Register for upcoming virtual learning experiences (VLE's) and Coffee & Connexion Circles (CCC's).
2. View past VLE recordings and digital handouts. 
3. Access digital resources such as templates, checklists, case studies, white papers, benchmarking reports, and more. 
4. Identify subject matter experts that can support industry content and education efforts.

I am a member of ConnexFM. Do I have to create a new login to access the Knowledge Hub?

No. ConnexFM uses a single sign on (SSO) function keeping members logged into all member platforms using a single set of login credentials.

I am not a member of ConnexFM. Can I access resources and recordings in the Knowledge Hub?

Non-members are able to access and purchase bi-annual benchmarking reports. All other tools, resources, and educational components are a ConnexFM member benefit only.

How do I access previously downloaded or registered content?

All content and resources you download will live in your Knowledge Hub Dashboard. You can access the Knowledge Hub Dashboard on the left hand menu once you are logged in or by logging in and visiting educate.connexfm.com/my-dashboard.

I was not able to attend a live Virtual Learning Experience (VLE), when will the recording be available?

VLE recordings are posted to the Knowledge Hub in the "On Demand Virtual Learning Experiences" section within 24 hours of the live event.

I was not able to attend a live Coffee & Connexion Circle (CCC), when will the recording be available?

All CCC's are live participation events only and will not be recorded. Be sure to join us live!
