Join fellow facilities and operations professionals for an interactive peer discussion focused on strengthening internal relationships across departments. Over coffee, we’ll share real-world experiences and practical strategies for building trust, improving communication, and aligning goals between facilities, operations, and frontline teams. Come ready to explore and share how small, everyday interactions can become powerful collaboration moments that reduce friction, prevent missteps, and improve organizational performance. Bring your challenges and successes—let’s learn from each other.
