Does the service model determine success or do the processes behind it? In the final session of this series, join an open discussion on the metrics and practices that define successful partnerships. Participants will explore accountability, communication, quality, technician experience, cost, and performance, while discussing how organizations can evaluate providers based on outcomes rather than assumptions about how the work is delivered.

Chris Utrie

Chris Utrie

Director of Retail and Food Service

BMS Management

"Trust before Transaction" should be the principal all Supplier Partners subscribe to when working in the FM space.

As the Director of Retail & Food Service with BMS CAT, my primary goal is simple - Be a Good Human Being.  Listen and understand what it takes to orchestrate the daily chaos in my client's world.  Secondly, when Mother Nature or her nephew Murphy's Law threatens to interrupt operational cash flow, I step in with a solution and deploy assets.

A Swiss Army knife career spanning Risk Management, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Textiles, Retail Uniform/Apparel, Portable Sanitation, Facilities & Construction to Disaster/Remediation/Emergency Services.  I also serve on the ConnexFM Membership Committee, Connex Foundation IMPACT Committee, Healthcare Council and Food & Beverage Council, so I try to think of myself as "tapped in" to what makes our association unique.
