Teresa’s journey in facilities management began two and a half years ago when she joined the team to implement ServiceChannel for Heartland. One of Teresa’s proudest achievements in this role has been leading the implementation of Heartland’s phased rollout of ServiceChannel. This initiative has transformed Heartland’s facility management procedures, enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
