Every business wants loyal customers. But did you know that 1 in 4 people has a disability. That means that 25% of your potential customers requires accessibility in order to come into your store or utilize your service. Is it possible to create universal accessibility, where everyone feels welcome? Many organizations try to make their spaces accessible, but their solutions are either unsuccessful or incomplete. During this learning experience, Dr. Marjorie Aunos explores what accessibility really means, what’s at stake for organizations who don’t commit to building fully inclusive environments, and specific steps that any business can take on the path to universal accessibility.
