Hi, I’m Alicia. I’ve been in the facility maintenance industry for almost 15 years now and have been on both the operational and sales side. Over the years, I’ve successfully contributed to company growth, fostered long-term partnerships, led operational and sales teams, developed new pricing strategies and managed multiple customer software platforms.

I love what I do and I’m passionate about this industry because it makes a difference! I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, and I strive to do all I can to learn and continue my growth in all aspects so that I can help others do the same! In my personal life, I love being a mom to my boy/girl twins, spending time with my family and friends, making time for my health, and any beach time I can get!
