An Order to Comply lands on your desk. It’s a list of code violations from the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and it’s not always obvious who’s responsible for fixing what. Is this one on the building? On the elevator company? Does it depend? 

This virtual roundtable takes that real-world document and works through it live. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own Orders to Comply or past inspection reports as pre-work. Together, we’ll go line by line through the most common violation types and classify each one: building responsibility, elevator company responsibility, or shared — and why.
